ABOUT ME

My Journey

Growing up in gymnastics and dance, I have always had a passion for the human body and movement. Gymnastics gave me strength I thought I would never have and dance allowed me to tell stories through movement. The vehicle for both is the body. I have a monumental appreciation and respect for the human body and the magical things it can do. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.

I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist.
